In this episode of Wandering Wagners we found an abandoned theme park in Charlestown State Park, Indiana! We celebrated Christmas with some cold weather and some snow❄️ It was amazing!
Who would have thought that Indiana would have an island theme park? It was closed in 1937 after a devising flood of the Ohio river.
The dogs got to open their gifts and play in the snow. Rose island abandoned theme park was really great to explore and they had lots of information around the park. Very informative!
The state park also had lots of great hiking trails and we definitely was to revisit this park in the future.
I cooked a delicious ham, potatoes, green bean Christmas dinner to round out the day.
