State Park Pass Required! 🤔Sterling SP (Aleader Water Shoes!)

In this episode of Wandering Wagners we ventured into Michigan to Sterling State Park in Monroe, Michigan. Where we talk about how Michigan has a State Park Pass required for entry! We also show a new pair of @aleaderwatershoes18 that we recently received along with another pair of our favorite water shoes from Aleader!

We have been to Sterling State Park previously but it has been many years (and many RV's ago) so we decided to give it a go again! This park isn't far from our home base in NW Ohio so we are surprised we haven't been here more often because it is one of the closest state campgrounds to us.
We also like this park because it is on the shores of Lake Erie, and there aren't many big trees, which we like because we enjoy full sun, we can get satellite signal and when it storms, there's less chance a tree will fall on our Super C RV!

Since we are within a short walk to the beach on Lake Erie, we walked down and had a dip in the water and showed off our Aleader water shoes! We really love Aleader because their water shoes are comfy for all day wear and you can even hike in them along with go to the beach, or ride bikes etc. They keep the rocks out and water drains like a breeze, plus they are airy on those hot Summer days.
The water was a great temperature, but unfortunately there was a micro algae bloom right before we arrived so the water was pretty green with algae, so we just walked in and waded around to cool off.

Later we grilled up some beautiful steaks for dinner, with @grillaholics6290 and my own Grill Spray! Delicious!
Finished the trip off with campfires and night walks with the dogs before the rain set in and continued throughout the following day. It is time to leave and we are ready to take my Jeep off-roading at Bundy Hill in Jerome, MI next!
