Body cam captures county commissioner's tense exchange with deputy

A county commissioner in Utah is under scrutiny over an incident involving his son – and it was captured on police body camera video.

San Juan County Commissioner Bruce Adams showed up at the scene Nov. 25 where his son had been arrested on a warrant.

Adams wasn’t happy about the arrest, and a tense interaction with the deputy followed. It was captured on police body camera footage obtained by KUTV 2News through a public records request.

Adams' interaction with the deputy sparked a review of the body camera footage by the sheriff's office, and top officials later expressed concerns to Adams about his behavior that night.
