The Unity Fast COG Mount & Offset Red Dot is a solution for anyone wanting to run an AGOC higher and further to the rear of the receiver while also having the integrated offset red dot mount. The idea behind the entire Fast line if optic mounts is to make the optic sit high allowing the user to quickly acquire the reticle and the target while maintaining a "heads up" shooting position. The offset mount is integrated into the base if the FAST COG mount. It is also at tall height like the COG mount and is nicely positioned for an easy, natural transition from the ACOG to the MRDS.
