There's a whole spectrum of different colored noises...white, brown, pink and green are usually the most favorable for humans and pets alike.

How I Make These Sounds:

Most of these noises I create myself using software. I also use natural sounds like wind, rain, waterfall, thunderstorm, crickets and many others. These nature sounds will come over time as I have not found a reliable source for these sounds.
