Psalm 83

Is Psalm 83 prophetic for our time? Or has it already been fulfilled? Perhaps both. Just like the battle of Armageddon has occurred 40 times but there is still another on the horizon, so too will Israel go to war with Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Turkey. Elsewhere it says Gaza will become pastureland for sheep.
