He also mentions that he has had to spend time in "Facebook jail" and has had to rely on friends and family to give him access to his accounts. He also mentions that he has a rest day for each account every week.
Justin also mentions that he values communication and listening skills in his business, and that he focuses on finding out the "why" behind a person's motivation instead of just their motivation itself.

Justin’s main focus is to create a "win-win situation" for the seller, which involves understanding their motivations and addressing any obstacles that may be preventing them from selling the house. He uses a variety of marketing strategies, including cold calling and Facebook Groups, which is the primary source of his business.

His goal for the year is to expand his Facebook Group strategy into more states and build up his team of bird dogs to help manage the process. He also has experience with virtual deals and is looking to expand into more markets in 2023.
