Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake Vanilla review

Taste testing a popular protein shake with the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Shake Vanilla flavor. This protein shake honestly reminds me of a lot of the other meal replacement shakes out there that contain some vitamins and minerals in them as the flavour is similar to those. The ingredients in those are also quite similar so I have a feeling that this is meant to be similar to those drinks like Ensure and boost. Overall, it isn’t too bad but it does remind me a lot of some of the other options out there.
