I want to share with you how to make a basic white loaf of bread using wheat germ.
You will need:
Two cups of warm water
1 tablespoon of dry active yeast
2 tablespoons of honey
LET SIT FOR 10 MIN
MIX IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS
5-6 cups of flour
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons raw wheat germ
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
Let rise for an hour and punch down
let rest for 10 min
knead into a ball and cut it into two separate balls
roll into bread loafs
Let rise for an hour
Cook at 375 for 25-30 min
