Recipe for Keto Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup marinara sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a shallow dish, combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
4. Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten eggs and then coat them in the almond flour mixture.
5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
6. Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
