Tree Branch Comes Crashing Down While Man Shovels Snow

Info from Licensor: "On 01/23 around 3:00 pm while there was a snowstorm in Manchester NH, I went outside to clean my front steps. While I was cleaning the steps, I heard the snow starting to fall off the tree next to me, and while I looked up, I saw this big branch falling just inches from me, hitting the railing and damaging them. That was so close to me that I almost died."
