In this clip, we share tips about baseball bat defense against a taller attacker.

This is quite a dangerous situation to be in. Facing a taller attacker holding a baseball bat and coming at you is quite frightening.

The good news, is that you have options to defend yourself.

You can do so by stepping in right before he starts swinging or right after the baseball bat crossed the centerline. When doing so, always have your hands up to protect your head as you strike back.
