Doug and I go from discussing the cultural trend of avoiding fear to understanding our identity in grace. So good!

GOLD NUGGETS:
It takes courage, and it takes nerve to deal with the fear of rejection.
When we build a warrior spirit within ourselves and fight and pray against fear, we can step into, “I need to fight this” attitude rather than, “I need to avoid this.”
Grace is truly amazing! It’s relentless, it’s offensive, and it covers every mistake I make. That’s my identity in Christ!
We’re more productive when we’re not filled with shame. We can move at a faster pace and get more done.
The nags are in the barn, the thoroughbreds are out on the track.
You were designed in such a way to produce good things and good works. So if you’re not happy, if you’re not fulfilled, it’s because you’re not in agreement with how you were designed.
