God is good all the time 737: Is Equity or Equality to be strived For?

Great question as each of these ideas actually have two different starting points for it. Equity deals with the end result wanting everyone to have the same (regardless of their work). Equality deals with everyone having the same ways and treatment as others to make it to whatever they may wish to achieve. This is the basis of these two things and believe it or not it has even reached into the Church.
