Sweet Potato Flat Bread

1 medium sweet potato and enough flour to make a soft dough (about a cup) 1/2t salt or seasoning . Divide into 3 parts roll out and cook on a griddle about 2 minutes on each side . Use for wraps or just eat warm . Enjoy !
