Foot mycoses are skin infections caused by pathogenic fungal spores that can proliferate both on the skin and under the nails, causing lesions of varying intensity.

The most characteristic symptoms are: red or whitish spots, desquamation of the tissues, nails that change consistency and color.

These ailments, which are particularly frequent in sports (they are often called "tennis foot") affect individuals of all ages, especially if they have the habit of walking barefoot in the gym, sauna or swimming pool.

To prevent the problem from becoming chronic, it is necessary to intervene promptly and adequately, since the infecting fungi proliferate very quickly and therefore colonize increasingly large areas of skin.
