Avocado gouda cheese stuffed Chicken recipe

Butterfly some chicken breast and season and stuff with avocado slices and gouda cheese, roll and wrap with bacon and cook indirect at 325 degrees F until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees F and then rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving the chicken breast.
