Strange shapeshifting UFO's with anti gravity type movement

I witnessed a craft that looked like a small airplane, but it was moving strangely and then morphed into a ball of light.
it then passes another craft that has such strange movement its hard to keep it in focus, it eventually just blasts out of my camera range with great speed
