Relief is the name of the game as well. Resistance is not favorable for your elevating vibe, if you are in resistance let go, and focus on something else do not go against the current. Try again later when you feel better or tomorrow. It's also good to remember to follow a good morning routine. Mediate in the morning, expect to feel good within your day.
