Can any valid excuses be made for @BigoBarnett's actions on J6?

Yes.

The capitol police opened the doors to the capitol and held them wide open.

The people who were there to support President Trump at his rally were TRICKED into thinking it was OK to enter the capitol buildings!

Bigo Barnett was in the group that entered the capitol buildings on Jan 6, 2021.

Its doesn't matter that he was pushed by the people around him through the capitol building doors into the capitol building.

What does matter is the capitol police opened the capitol building doors and let all the people inside NEVER trying to stop them from entering, and in fact encouraged the people to enter the capitol building.

It is a fact the capitol police knew it was illegal for people protesting to enter captiol buildings and it was a federal offense, yet the capitol police helped people break the law.

On Jan 6, 2021 the capitol police commited a crime and so did the people who entered the capitol building protesting.

ALL the capitol police that helped the people enter the capitol buildings on Jan 6, 2021 should also be in jail and on trial.

All of the people that entered the capitol building on Jan 6, 2021 should not be in jail or on trial for entering the capitol buildings on Jan 6. 2021.

Why?

Because they were duped into thinking it was ok to enter the capitol building by the capitol police!

Bigo Barnett was thinking about taking selfies of himself inside the capitol as were others.

Bigo Barnett didn't stop to think he was doing anything illegal.

Now Bigo Barnett is facing years in prison for going into pelosi's office, putting his feet up on her desk and taking selfies.

He was charged with breaking multiple federal laws on Jan 6, 2021, not just entering the capitol building protesting.

When you take into account the capitol police acted illegally by opening the doors to the capitol, letting the Trump protestors in without telling them not to enter or telling them it was illegal to enter the capitol buildings when protesting means ALL the protestors who entered the capitol building on Jan 6, 2021 should not have ever been put in jail or put on trial!

The antifa and other individuals who were planted at the capitol and actually destroyed property or did damage to the capitol building should be in jail and be tried in court.

In review:

All the peaceful Trump protestors who entered the capitol building on Jan 6, 2021 should not have been arrested or ever been put on trial.

This includes Bigo Barnett. He didn't damage any property.

He did take 1 stinkin envelope and left a quarter on pelosi's desk to pay for it but yet that is another charge against him.

All of the planted antifa and other protestors who damaged the capitol building should be arrested and have a trial in court.
