Searching for the Galapagos Island's giant tortoises! 🐢

The Galapagos Islands - a bucket list destination for many people in the world, and seeing the giant tortoises on the Galapagos Islands is one of the things you need to do whilst you're there.

We headed to Darwin's research centre on Santa Cruz in the Galapagos Islands to see if we could see some giant tortoises/turtles. People told us that we couldn't get close enough to the giant turtles to take a decent photo or video, and that we'd have to go to the highlands to a farm, costing like $35 in a taxi then pay the entrance fee to the farm or whatever, but we decided to go anyway. It turns out they were close enough to touch which you'll see in the video.

Have you been to the galapagos islands?
