Indian lady teaches me pottery. I made a Ganesh 🇮🇳

Whilst in New Delhi, I spotted Pooja's experience to teach some basics of pottery, so I thought, why not? Turns out I'm not too bad at pottery considering I've not touched clay since I was a child!

I'm always looking for new things to do, trying to do things that I've never done before, or at least, haven't done for a long time. So when in India, why not visit a local pottery studio just outside of Delhi to get a lesson from an Indian pottery teacher?

I made a pot, which for a first attempt, I think was pretty good. Tanya's wasn't great! I then made a Ganesh ornament, which was ok, but if I had more time, I could have made something pretty good I reckon. I'm not super creative with things like this, but I can follow designs pretty well.

Pooja was so nice and her studio is very cool. If you're in Delhi, or Noira, check out her Instagram: https://instagram.com/clayingthoughts
