My Noise Machine can be a great tool to help you have better sleep hygiene or studying habits. Whether you're just trying to sleep well, focus on studying or simply block out outside distractions, My Noise Machine is the perfect solution. I use noise masking to help erase unwanted noises from traffic or noisy neighbors; most people call this white noise, but often times I will use brown noise instead because it's a little more soothing to our ears. There's a whole spectrum of different colored noises...white, brown, pink and green are usually the most favorable for humans and pets alike.

How I Make These Sounds:

Most of these noises I create myself using software. I also use natural sounds like wind, rain, waterfall, thunderstorm, crickets and many others. These nature sounds will come over time as I have not found a reliable source for these sounds.
