The false morel or Gyromitra Esculenta is one common killer if enough are consumed. The reaction in the liver produces jet-fuel in your body, affects the central nervous system, causes liver and kidney failure, coma and then death. Not a mushroom you want to mistakenly eat.
The Galerina Marginata, AKA the funeral bell is a small wood-loving LBM that packs a toxic punch and will have bells ringing at your funeral. Sometimes confused with Psilocybe Cyanescens, this mushroom is not hallucinogenic and is very deadly, and one to watch out for.
And of course the ever frightful Death Cap, or Amanita Phalloides makes the top of the list with its mega dose of deadly amatoxins that kill the liver and kidneys.
