Cauliflower Mushroom (Sparassis Radicata) : Find it, Identify, and cook it!

All about the beautiful and delicious Cauliflower mushroom that grows here in the great Pacific Northwest. The latin name for this culinary delight is Sparassis Radicata, a close relative to its Eastern counterpart Sparassis Crispa. All mushrooms in the genus Sparassis are edible, and easy to identify, making them a very safe edible mushroom to forage and eat.
