Foreigner's first impressions of Mumbai sweet shop 🇮🇳

As I was walking down the street from my hotel in Mumbai, I spotted this Indian sweet shop with lots of brightly coloured Indian treats, so I ran back to grab my camera to show you guys what sort of sweets are available in Mumbai.

Apparently there's a famous Mumbai bakery, or at least that's what I've heard anyway. This isn't Mumbai bakery, but they make the sweets on site as you can see the guys making something in the back of the shop. One of the guys brought me a bit to try, so I bought some of whatever it was.

I've tried Gulab Jamun before in a few places. It's pretty good, but you can't eat too many, as it's basically a doughnut ball bathed in sugar juice.

I bought a box full of the ones I thought tasted the best, and then took back to the hotel for Tanya to try. (off camera)
