Hear Russia's response to German tanks in Ukraine Suffering will rise.

After weeks of diplomatic pressure, Germany has officially announced that it will deliver Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. According to federal government spokesman Steffen Hebestreit, Chancellor Olaf Scholz made the announcement during a cabinet meeting. Fred Pleitgen of CNN has further information on Russia's response.
