52 Changes in 52 Weeks; Week 3

Here we go again, another accountability video.

Week 1; Workout 3x per week.
Week 2; No calories after 8pm.
Week 3; Start increasing steps.

So far things are going great! Keeping up with just a few changes is causing some other changes, good things are happening. Really cut back on the alcohol lately, though I did go camping with some friends over the weekend and we had a little too much fun... but realistically, I want to keep track of things and it's difficult to do when you don't put yourself in the right place to do so!
