Easy Die Cutting Technique - Friendly Gnomes (Stampin' Up!)

Today I have an easy die cutting technique you can use to create a fun focal point for your cards. It’s a great way to use up scraps. Plus, you can make two cards using this one technique!

The cards feature the Friendly Gnomes stamp set from Stampin’ Up! However, keep in mind that you can use any supplies you have on hand with this technique.
