INGREDIENTS :

250 grams cubed gammon steak ( 8.81 oz )
420 grams chopped potatoes ( 14.81 oz )
170 grams shredded savoy cabbage ( 5.99 oz )
1 litre vegetable broth ( 33.81 fl oz )
160 grams chopped onion ( 5.64 oz )
400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice ( 14.10 oz )
2 tablespoons tomato puree ( 28.1 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 1.16 grams )
1/4 teaspoon chili powder ( 0.49 grams )
10 grams chopped parsley ( 0.35 oz )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large pot / wok on medium heat add 1 litre vegetable broth
.add 400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice, 160 grams chopped onion
.add 420 grams chopped potatoes, 250 grams cubed gammon steak
.add 170 grams shredded savoy cabbage & mix well
.add 2 tablespoons tomato puree, 1/4 teaspoon salt
.add 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
.mix well & cover with lid, cook for 60 minutes to 75 ( until potatoes are soft )
.add 10 grams chopped parsley & mix well
