Attacking twice is a rare and very powerful effect immidiately giving rapid strike jumpluff something to stand out as a stage 2 pokemon. Unfortunately, very low hp and a weak attack hold this pokemon back in typical regular stage 2 pokemon fashion. Nevertheless, I still tried to see if I could get some victories in standard with it.
