Officer Peoples hates the People

In this video, you'll clearly see Officer Peoples frantically trying to cover a crime she appears to be in the middle of committing by committing another crime. You'll notice, she has no self control, no respect for the people, and no knowledge of her Title 18 Section 242 violation that will likely result in her paying punitive damages, awarded from a 42USC1983 Federal Civil suit that she opened herself up to. This cop is the real problem. It's more than a real problem. It's an outright emergency that America get these terrorist, unfit officers off the streets.
