The Most Difficult Part of Growing an eCommerce Business

The Hardest Thing about eCommerce is managing the cashflow.

Whether you're selling online in general (or you dropship like I do), managing your cashflow as you scale your business is the toughest part b/c you won't be able to take much profit out of the business.

The reason for this is because even though your revenue might be increasing, your cost of goods increases with it. So if you're getting more orders month in and month out then you'll need to reinvest a large portion of your profit back into your business to fund those orders.

This obviously depends on your specific situation, sales, revenue, cost of goods, profit, etc....
