Cooking in small spaces and keeping costs low is tough, but after several weeks of trial and error we have found recipes that are reasonable and taste good to. With only a Crock-Pot and a microwave, we have managed to have good, cost effective meals for our family.

We are a first generation homestead, focusing on building strong family values and building a future that is closer to what our great grandparents experienced.
