How To Install a WARN Bumper & AXON 45RC Winch on Polaris RZR Turbo S

The new Polaris Turbo S 4 and the WARN AXON winches are made for each other.  Both the machine and the winch have been redone to include parts that are better than anything else on the market.  Both boast incredible durability and ease of use.  When we started searching for a large winch for our heavy Polaris Turbo S 4, we looked at WARN Industries for the best winch possible knowing that we could bury the Turbo S 4 pretty deep with the 32" factory tires.

The largest winch we could get for the Polaris Turbo S 4 inside the WARN front bumper was the AXON 45RC.  The 45RC has a small spool to fit in tighter places and carries 27 feet of synthetic rope.  While most of the winches carry 50 feet, this small sacrifice of a shorter rope on the spool is not an issue for us as we need the extra pulling power and are more than happy to carry more rope with us in our storage container.

Also, the installation of the WARN AXON winches is made very simple due to the contactor being located inside the winch.  This makes the winch slightly larger than older models but has huge advantages.  All the digital contactor parts and motor are inside an IP68 housing keeping them clean and out of the elements.  Any wiring that could go wrong is inside the winch out of harms way.  This is a move that increases reliability and cuts the installation time in half.

If you have a Polaris Turbo S, you know it rocks and you will want a winch that can pull you through the tough spots.  WARN AXON winches are the best on the market at this point and we know you will love them.  Check them out on the web and on Summit Racing.  Summit Racing will price match any advertised prices and they have these in stock.
