Russian delegate sings after Odesa gets 'in-danger' status

While the United Nations' cultural agency UNESCO designated the historic center of Odesa as a World Heritage in Danger site on Wednesday (January 25), Russia's Deputy Permanent Delegate to the organization, Tatiana Dovgalenko, briefly sang a song about Odesa as other delegates laughed.
