A fascinating and highly educational must watch for all budding legal lawful un-a-leinable rights nerds and anyone recognising the need for education around our rights

For legal action to be taken by a DHB or the likes, against an employee or partner/ contractor for not taking the jab or anything of that sort, there needs to be a complaint to the DHB from general public - This hasn't been the case in many instances. Cases could be reheard as this fact was not part evidence considerations

Drs losing their licences - The district court found in the case of Dr Matt Shelton that losing his job is too bigger thing to take away someone's way of earning a living and Dr Matt won his case
And along those lines - Freedom of Speech - Private FB pages being used against employees as grounds for disciplinary action or grounds for dismissal - is this legal? Was this in the employees contract? Did the employee bring the business(DHB) in to disrepute? Did Joe or Jill Public complain to the DHB on these grounds? No they didn't.

This is where a Strike Out can be used.

Hope you enjoy this zoom. Questions and feedback appreciated
