Where can you learn how to be a Game Master? #shorts

I recently saw a post on social media about someone who was brand new to RPGs, but had no idea what to do or where to get started in being a Game Master. And honestly, that's one of the hardest parts of the hobby. I don't think I'm very good at it myself, but with a hobby this involved, there are TONS of fantastic resources out there, even if they aren't officially for the game you want to play.

Take the Rifts Adventure Guide for example. It has a lot of information about what it means to play a Role Playing game, what are the roles of a player vs a game master, how to craft adventures. And none of that talks about Rifts or other Palladium games. But it also has rules for creating cities, secret organizations, mercenary companies, and lots of other information to build into your world.
