#FortunaSilver Granted Provisional Injunction At #SanJoseMine

There was positive news out this morning from Fortuna #Silver in regards to its permitting situation at its San Jose Mine, as the Mexican Federal Administrative Court has granted the company a provisional injunction to continue to operate under the terms of the 12-year environmental impact authorization.

The permitting agency had previously suggested that due to a typographical error, the length of San Jose's permit was supposed to be for 2 years instead of the agreed upon 12. But the news today is a step forward for Fortuna as they continue the legal proceedings.
