Fall into a deep, restful sleep easily with this calming evening meditation

If you find it hard to fall asleep at night then this meditation is just for you! If your mind struggles to quieten, or you can't let go of the day, try this calming and peaceful meditation.

It's ideal for anyone that constantly battles to switch off and unwind as it uses a few different techniques to help soothe and calm the body and mind. There's a soft music in the background which gradually fades away and the screen gently fades to black too so that you can just carry on sleeping at the end. Get into bed, switch the lights off, snuggle under the covers and get ready for a blissful night's sleep.
