How ANYONE can monetize a YouTube Automation Channel FAST

In today’s video we’re going to cover how you can monetize a YouTube Automation Channel super quickly….with $0 and as little effort and time spent as possible.

That means you WON’T need to hire any one to create ANY portion of the video for you. And you won’t need to spend hours and hours creating the videos either.

In a recent video I uploaded I covered how I started a brand new YouTube Automation Channel and took it to about 6,000 subscribers relatively quickly.

I explained what YouTube Automation was, the entire process I used to get those results, and what I learned along the way (including successes and failures).

But since then, I’ve learned a lot more about how to streamline this process and make it A LOT easier for us….and I’m going to share that in this video with you.

So, to recap, YouTube Automation is the idea that you can start a YouTube channel, upload videos, and collect the ad revenue those videos get…..without ever showing your face.

The main challenge most people face with this is getting their channel monetized in the first place.

To do that, you’ll need to create enough videos to accumulate 4000 hours of watch time and 1000 subscribers on the channel.

You’ll also need to create your own videos (b/c you won’t be able to monetize a channel uploading someone else’s content).

Prior to the strategy I’ll outline in a second, you would either need to pay people to create videos for you (which is a large monetary investment).

…or you would need to spend hours and hours writing video scripts, then recording voice overs, then overlaying video graphics on top of those voice overs in order to upload enough videos to get to that illusive 1000 sub and 4000 hour watch time mark.

And the truth is, most people get excited about having a YouTube Automation channel….but then quit WAYYYY before they ever monetize it (simply because they realize it takes too much money or time).

BUT…..what if there was a way you could crank out videos that were considered your “original content” super quickly.

And you didn’t have to pay anyone to create them….or drive yourself mad creating them yourself. This is that process….

So step 1 is to pick a passionate niche with enough interest already in it (you don’t need to recreate the wheel here…just pick something that already has demand and is already getting enough interest on YouTube).

It’ll be easier to build up watch time, build momentum, and get subscribers if you’re uploading videos all around the same topic, rather than uploading about different topics.

It should be specific enough to build up repeat viewers…but also broad enough that you can create hundreds of videos within that topic area.

Step 2 is to find video scripts. You can do that by either downloading other popular video captions…or copying popular articles online about this topic.

That will give you a pretty good idea your script can be a winner if YouTube can serve it to the right audience (b/c it’s already proven to have interest).

You then want to run that script through a paraphrasing software that will rewrite the script for you automatically.

This will ensure your video is considered “original content” b/c your script is unique.
I personally use quillbot and I think it works pretty well.

Step 3 is to turn your script into a voice over.

You can read it yourself if you’d like…or you can use text to speech software to read it for you.

2 that I’d recommend are the “read aloud” function in Microsoft word and ttsreader.com

In my previous video I said you should avoid text to speech, but after talking with several people that have been able to monetize text to speech channels (and keep them monetized), I’ve changed my stance on this.

It should be okay….but again if you’d like to be completely sure, then just record yourself reading the script. It’ll take the same rough amount of time.

Step 4 is to run your script and your voiceover through a website called pictory.

Pictory will literally scan your script and match it up with relevant pictures to create a video for you AUTOMATICALLY. It’s wild. And super impressive.

Not only that, you can then overlay the voiceover on top of the video and it’ll sync them up perfectly….again AUTOMATICALLY.

And it’ll also add built in captions so viewers can read the words they’re hearing while they’re watching the video (a lot like you see on this video).
