Is it better to do Heavy Weight Less Reps or Lower Weight Higher Reps?
Answering the question Is it better to do Heavy Weight Less Reps or Lower Weight Higher Reps? this obviously has a different meaning, depending on what style you’re training for but in general, I talk about the benefits of heavy weights and light reps or lower weight with higher reps. Everybody is different and requires a different approach, but Laura weights with higher-ups typically allow you to learn the exercise properly and prevent injury more so than going heavier in weights. There’s a lot of personal preference in this, but I do believe that lower weights to have a lot of benefit to them
