Nothing is perfect, but while looking at the Paxcess Rugged 330 Watt Portable Power Station we found some areas that made us very uncomfortable with the product. First, it is hard to gain any confidence in a product when the manual is written in very poor English. Many words were spelled incorrectly and used in a weird way. This is an owner's manual, not my blog.
Next, we found that currently, this product has 14 reviews on Amazon. All of them are 5-star and most contain videos. These are clearly fabricated and/or paid for. There are many things that we could garner to make this a 3 or 4-star review. A good example is that the buttons feel cheap. The unit will not allow power input and power output through AC power as many others will. We also found the measurements for watts ina nd out to be slow to respond or totally incorrect.
We walk you through the issues we found and some of the joys we also found in this unit. This is definitely a video you must watch before you buy the Paxcess Rugged 330 Power Station.

We did however greatly enjoy using the solar panel they sent and would recommend the purchase of this solar panel on its own if you want to power USB devices.
