Your Tool Box Need A Side Locker? GearWrench Extreme Tools Series Side Locker GW192503SLBKC

When we first moved into our GearWrench Extreme Tool Series Tool Chest and cabinet, we felt a bit short on space for our larger tools. Many of those larger tools had to live in a separate toolbox that had deeper drawers. After doing some research, we found that GearWrench also had and Extreme Tools Series Side Locker. This Side Locker gave us all the room we could ask for to put our metalworking tools and larger battery-operated tools.

While we installed this side locker on the GearWrench side locker, we found we could add power inside the side locker very easy. Power was something that has been missed since we moved into this larger toolbox. After adding power, we made the move into the side locker. We now have all of our spare batteries, bandsaws, and larger power tools in this locker and it is not even half full.

If you watch YouTube regularly, you have probably have seen people add Harbor Freight models to the side of thier box for under $200. While it is not hard to make these work between toolboxes, we opted to stick with the GearWrench Extreme Tools Series because of the simple bolt-on installation and the three-ball bearing drawers.

There is no question, if you need space, these side lockers give you a ton of room for items that might not fit in drawers or need to be accessed daily. We were able to clear off the top of our tool cabinet next to this box and give us more working area. If you need more space, you need to add a side locker to your tool box!
