Half-Pinay, half-American R'Bonney Gabriel from Texas is the new Miss Universe! Daughter of a Filipino-American father beat out 83 other women from around the world. Unfortunately, Philippines' Celeste Cortesi didn't make the final cut, ending the country's 12-year place streak.
