Finding a teacher on italki might be more difficult than expected. It is not uncommon to come across instructors that are not up to scratch, something that has happened to me relatively often. I created this video in order to help you avoid the situation I just described. I hope that the few pieces of advice I give in this video can help you find an ideal teacher on your first attempt.
