Bell Pepper Pizzas
Bell peppers, halved and cored
Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling, approximately 1 tbsp
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
pizza sauce (I used about 1 to 2 tbsp for each pepper)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
grated parmesan cheese
Toppings of choice(pepperoni, onions, etc)
Chopped parsley
