Summary:
Was going to setup some elaborate structure to somehow combat the mountain lion. Got surprised attack by a snake which I killed but then to alert the mountain lion to attack me from the back. Amazingly I survive a couple of hits and one shot the mountain lion's head. Got all my gear back and headed back to warmer climates.
