We all own tools that perform so well that we use them despite some flaws in the design or function. I am willing to bet some of those tools are even branded Milwaukee or Dewalt! This is inevitable and it happens, but in the flashlight world, or maybe better said, in my little flashlight world, I have never seen this.

The ACEBEAM E70 has the look to draw any flashlight guy in to have a closer look. In my case, that closer look leads to a purchase of the stainless steel model. The ability to purchase a 5000K or now a 4500K 95+ CRI light was too good to pass up. Or was it?

There are many items about this light that leave me scratching my head, but in so many ways, the performance has me still reaching for the light. I would definitely say this is NOT an EDC light. It is too large and too heavy.
