What happens in someone's life for them to finally, in anger, reject the truth of God? How do people go from being your kind of run-of-the-mill sinner to becoming so reprobate in their lifestyle that God turns them over to strong delusion? Romans 1:24;26;28, makes it clear that God will actually give people up to a reprobate mind, turning them over to those things they love.
